Mr. Sunil Mehan
He has over 25 years of UK business experience. He is a successful NRI entrepreneur who spends his time globe trotting on his various business ventures, with a keen focus on education.

Capt. N.S.Khattra M.B.A. (H.R.)
He is a head of our India Operations. He started his career as a “Regular Commissioned Officer” of the elite Indian Army and obtained “Pre-mature Release”. From here, he served in 4 blue chip companies of north India, rising to become Manager (H.R. & Administration) and also to the coveted post of “Factory Manager”. He represented “Chandigarh Industries Association” before “Labour Commission of India” in April 2002 and gave many valuable suggestions for amendment of “Labour Laws of India”, for betterment of the Employers as well as Employees and was assented to and duly appreciated. 

His inherent “Teaching Potential” was catalyst to prompt his foray into the Education Sector in 2003 and now he is an expert IELTS Tutor, Counsellor, HR Manager and Administrator par excellence based at Continental Education Institute, Chandigarh. He possesses the tacit knowledge to cover all aspects of the job related to from preparing a student for IELTS up to their final voyage for study overseas.  

Col. Pritpal S Ranhotra MBA, PMP
He is our full time Canadian representative. A retired Colonel, he Commanded a regiment of the Indian Army in 1999. He was sent by the Army HQ to lead a "Canada World Youth"project in Canada in 1993. After a very successful career with the Indian Army, he moved to Canada in 2005. After arriving in Canada he acquired Project Management Professional (PMP) Credential from PMI, USA. Later on he joined YMCA of Greater Toronto in 2006 on an Employment related Project. Now he is committed to education from India and works very closely with Vidya Mandir Overseas.

Mr. George Abraham MBA
He is a Senior Associate and consultant of the team. He is a Senior Consultant with Jackson Blair Consultants, International. Additionally, he is the Director of the UK based company Cosmos Educational Limited. As an academic/business consultant he works with the British Council, Commonwealth Business Council and other universities in the UK through the British Government's UKERI platform for bringing together universities in the UK with other partners in India, Africa and other countries.

Mr. Sushrat Mehan BA (Hons), LLM
He is our full time UK representative.  Having been born in UK he has also studied in India and Canada. He has an international education exposure and has completed all his university education in England and knows exactly what the Universities are looking for.

Ms. Prabhjot Kaur M.A. (English), M.Ed.
She is the Director of our India’s Education Centre i.e. Continental Education Institute, Chandigarh. She has been a meritorious student in school and college and was placed V in order of merit in B.A. (English Honours) of Panjab University, Chandigarh. To test herself, she recently took IELTS test and scored perfect 9 / 9 BANDS in Listening & Reading tests and 8.5 BANDS (Overall) in Academic Module of the test. She has more than 13 years of rich experience in teaching English language and IELTS to students with diverse educational backgrounds and is the “Best Tutor of IELTS” in and around Chandigarh.

She is very committed and dedicated and has produced excellent results over these years. She is an asset to VMO.
